Amputation / Limb Difference
Initial prosthetic evaluations are complimentary. They allow us to assess your case, determine insurance eligibility, and address any questions about our process, outcomes, or training programs. No prescription is needed for these appointments.
A face-to-face appointment with your physician is necessary for required documentation. All insurances mandate these documents before authorization. To expedite, request a detailed prescription from our office to bring to your appointment. Allow 48 hours for preparation. Upon receipt, we'll promptly submit to your insurance for pre-authorizations.
No prescription is required. Simply schedule an appointment to be seen in our office, where any additional documentation needed from your physician can be addressed.
