Baby's head and airways should sit above top panel of the carrier. This carrier is intended for babies up to 35 lbs.
• When babywearing, safety is the top priority and additional guidelines should be followed. The T.I.C.K.S. Rule is the generally accepted guidelines for safe babywearing. Each point is designed to promote safe, secure, and comfortable babywearing for both caregiver and child.

T.I.C.K.S:

• Tight: Loose fabric allows baby to slump down in the carrier which can hinder breathing & pull on your back.
• In View At All Times: You should always be able to see baby's face by simply looking down.
• Close Enough To Kiss: By tipping your head forward, you should be able to kiss baby's forehead.
• Keep Chin Off Chest: Ensure there is always a space of at least a finger width under baby's chin.
• Supported Back: Baby's bottom should be in the deepest part so the sling does not fold them in half, pressing chin to chest.

• Fully adjustable and intended to be accessible to everyone.
• Standard (74 in / 187.96 cm) fits most users, and Long (90 in / 228.6 cm) is intended for plus-size or tall (6ft+ / 182.88 cm) wearers.

Care Instructions:

• Wash in cool water by hand or machine on gentle cycle (unthread the sling when washing).
• Wash separately or with like colors.
• Hang dry or dry flat.

Returns:
Goods may be returned within 30 days or exchanged within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided they remain in an unsullied condition. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). WildBird disclaims responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

If you choose to return an item for a refund, standard return shipping costs will apply and be deducted from your refund.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Warranty:
WildBird offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for all baby-wearing products and a 60-day warranty for all other items. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and does not encompass regular wear and tear or external damage.
