🐘 Every detail of this unique, accessible experience is meticulously taken care of by our dedicated team, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey.

Level of assistance:
The guides/staff members with experience assisting people with disabilities are available to offer support, however, it is not personalized one-on-one assistance 100% of the time.

Transportation:
A wheelchair-accessible vehicle with a hydraulic lift for airport shuttles and during the trip. The off-road vehicles used within the national park and the reserve are not equipped with a ramp. We offer participants the convenience of assisted transfers from their wheelchairs to the vehicle seat, with the support of trained staff, eliminating the need for independent transfers.

Places:
Accessibility is prioritized throughout the itinerary, though some areas may not be 100% accessible due to the nature of this adventure. Rest assured, our team will be with you every step of the way, making necessary adaptations to ensure your comfort.

Bathroom:
Adapted bathrooms are available in different locations during the guided tour and long the road on longer drives

Equipment:
Not included, but can be offered for an extra charge

Mobility level:
Travelers need to be reasonably independent to participate fully in the tour. While most experiences are designed to be accessible, some may involve minor physical challenges that participants should be able to navigate independently or with assistance from their companion or caregiver.

Accommodation:
Rooms feature roll-in showers, and commodes are available upon request. While the bathrooms are adapted, they will not be fully ADA-compliant. We recommend reviewing each hotel's details to ensure they meet your specific needs.

Important Notes:

  • International Flights: Please do not purchase your international flights until you receive official confirmation from your travel expert, to ensure all itinerary details are fully secured. If you choose to book earlier, select a fully refundable fare in case of Group modifications.
  • Domestic Flights: You will be informed of which flights to purchase 90 days before your trip, and your final balance.
  • Kruger Park Travel Dates: Due to park regulations, final dates are confirmed 11 months in advance. Minor changes may still occur.
