All international shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). The vendor is only responsible for shipping the product, and you are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product for a refund.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. This fee will be taken out of the refund price after the item has been returned and inspected for the condition of the return.
Items must be in "New, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. This includes damage as a result of poor/faulty return packaging.
Any order that has been approved for a return that requires to be shipped back will be the responsibility of the customer. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and we will include instructions on where to send the product.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. You must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item back. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
Warranty:
Just as much as we manufacture top-quality products for wheelchairs, we strive to ensure the best possible service and support for you. Thus, we grant the original buyer of CarboLife carbon products an industry-leading 5-year Manufacturer Warranty and for all our products a Lifetime Crash Replacement.
5 Year Manufacturer Warranty
We vouch for the quality of our products "Made in Germany“. This is why we warrant our carbon products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for five years from the original purchase date (product registration required).
Modified, misplaced, misused, improperly installed or obviously abused CarboLife carbon products are not covered by this warranty. Also, minor everyday damages such as scratches on the surface of our carbon fenders are not part of this warranty.
Lifetime Crash Replacement
We offer a Lifetime Crash Replacement Program to the original owner for CarboLife manufactured products. This program covers damages which fall outside of our warranty, no matter for what reason. As part of this program, the price of replacement CarboLife product is 50% off the MSRP. Please note that sales tax, shipping, import duties, and labor are not covered by this program (product registration required).
