All international shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). The vendor is only responsible for shipping the product, and you are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product for a refund.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. This fee will be taken out of the refund price after the item has been returned and inspected for the condition of the return.
Items must be in "New, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. This includes damage as a result of poor/faulty return packaging.
Any order that has been approved for a return that requires to be shipped back will be the responsibility of the customer. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and we will include instructions on where to send the product.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. You must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item back. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
Warranty:
One-year warranty offered for defective conditions relating to manufacturing error. Warranty does not cover issues with product that can be related to abuse, overuse according to manufacturer’s guidelines, neglect, recklessness, or use of product in non-recommended conditions. The warranty does not cover wearables such as tires. The warranty does not cover the following: light shipping damages, customer dissatisfaction with the functionality, use or appearance of the product, damage from
installation of the product, lost or stolen packages, or products misplaced or lost by the
customer.
