• Smoother, Quieter Glide: A round-edged circular design allows for a smoother and quieter glide, with increased durability and protection from outside debris and germs.
• Durable Outdoor Surface: The hard plastic surface is made of an extremely tough polymer, considered more wear resistant than the polyethylene used in most current walker skis. Its longevity depends on how much force is put onto the walker during ambulation, rough outdoor surfaces and total hours of ambulation.
• Indoor Coaster Care: The soft carpeted surface should be utilized solely indoors and cleaned as needed to maximize durability. A removable pin allows the coaster to be cleaned or replaced.
• Fits Most Walkers: A universal design expands inside the walker leg as the screw is tightened, so the footing fits most walkers. If needed, slightly loosen the screw to shrink the expansion in order to fully insert into the walker leg.

Installation

1. Remove the existing walker footing from the rear walker legs.
2. Flip up the coaster with the quick release to expose the Phillips screw on the bottom of the puck.
3. Fully insert the base pucks into the rear walker legs.
4. Rotate the puck until the tab and arrow are facing toward the front of the walker.
5. Tighten the Phillips screw until the puck is secure.
6. Pivot the coaster until it is aligned under the puck.
7. Push down on the walker until the coaster clicks into place.
8. Press down on the quick release tab with the front of the foot until the coaster releases from the puck.
9. From a seated position, slightly lift up the rear walker legs and flip up the coaster until it locks into an upright position.

Switching Surfaces

• Coaster off or upright: outdoor use and indoor carpet. Coaster on or down: indoor use on hard surfaces such as hardwood floors and tiles.
• Outdoor use: expose the hard plastic surface by pressing down on the foot release tab located on the soft surface coaster, slightly lift up the rear walker leg and flip up the soft surface coaster until it fully locks in an upright position.
• Indoor use: release the soft surface coaster from the locked upright position, allow the coaster to rotate underneath the hard surface coaster, and gently push down on the walker to lock into place.

It is highly recommended to alternate surfaces from a SEATED POSITION in order to maximize safety and use of our product!
