Fittings include a private 1-hour consultation that results in capturing custom specs, selecting available options, choosing the coolest style, and completing the order form exactly how you need it.

Schedule a 1 hour fitting for $100 and an additional $50 per 30-minute extension. The fitting fee will apply to the purchase of your equipment.

All international shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). The vendor is only responsible for shipping the product, and you are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery.

Due to fluctuating international tariffs, a flexible Tariff Surcharge may be added to your order. This surcharge reflects current market conditions and will be adjusted as needed. Please contact us with any questions.

Returns:
Kindly inspect your product when it is delivered. Refuse delivery if the product is damaged.  If the item is damaged or incorrect contact Carbonbike at topendorders@topendsportsllc.com or Carbonbike.

Sport wheelchairs, handcycles, all terrain wheelchairs and other wheelchairs are custom-built and are not returnable. If you have a product that doesn't meet your needs, reach out to Carbonbike and see if there are ways we can accommodate you.

You may return most new, unopened, stock parts item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  

Made to order parts and special order parts may or may not be refundable, check the product page for specific instructions. Restocking fees may apply.   

For sanitary reasons cushions and backrests are not returnable.   

For returnable items, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.  The item must be in new, unused condition. Outgoing freight, next-day and overnight shipping fees are not refundable.

Warranty:
Carbonbike warrants the frames when purchased new and unused to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, with a copy of the seller’s invoice required for coverage under this warranty. Carbonbike warrants the upholstered materials (seat and back) and remaining components of this product when purchased new and unused to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirteen (13) months from date of purchase, with a copy of the seller’s invoice required for coverage under this warranty.

We offer a 3-year warranty on all carbon parts.
