What is Amplife® and how does it work?
Amplife® is the curated marketplace, community and resource for Everything Adaptive® & Everything Disabled®.
We connect the disabled community with products, services, and events that are disabled-owned, disabled-designed, or disabled-solutions.
Whether it’s selling directly to the customer or via a prescription, to free consultations then billing insurance companies, Amplife® understands the various business models within industries.
Unlike most marketplaces, Amplife® lets vendors sell on and off amplife.co. Because of this, you can choose a selling plan that fits your needs.
Vendors can be either selling plan, or both at the same time depending on the listing:
- With the Standard Selling Plan, you only pay when the listing is sold.
- With Showcase Selling Plans, you pay a monthly subscription for the listings to lead off amplife.co to your chosen sales channel.

Is Amplife® right for my business?
Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: The worldwide disability prevalence is at 15% / 1 billion+ people [1]. They all need products, services, and events. No matter your business or size, disability is everybody’s business.

What is the difference between listings that are Disabled-Owned, Disabled-Designed and Disabled-Solution?
As a disabled-only marketplace, all listings must be identified as:
- Disabled-Owned: Founded, owned, operated or controlled by people with disabilities.
- Disabled-Designed: Created, developed or produced by people with disabilities.
- Disabled-Solution: Solves a problem for people with disabilities.
Your Listing Type displays on the listing detail page to help customers understand how the listing serves the disabled community. It’s also used in our search and filtering options to help customers find certain listings.

What is Amplife® Love?
Amplife® Love is a website operated by Amplife® that lets customers enjoy the same convenient shopping experience as on amplife.co with the added benefit that when a customer chooses a Cause with Amplife® Love (amplifelove.co), the Amplife® Foundation will donate 1.43% of the price of qualifying purchases to the customer’s chosen Cause. Vendors may contribute or choose to match the 1.43% that the Amplife® Foundation Donates. There is no cost to Causes or to Amplife® Love customers.
The Amplife® Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created by Amplife® to help and empower the disabled community. All donation amounts generated by the Amplife® Love Program are remitted to the Amplife® Foundation. In turn, the Amplife® Foundation donates those amounts to the Causes selected by our customers. Amplife® pays all expenses of the Amplife® Love Program; they are not deducted from the donation amounts generated by purchases on Amplife® Love.

Vendors that have subscriptions such as the Showcase Selling Plan or Amplife Store, and listings that do not sell on amplife.co have the 1.43% deducted from their payout. Donations are dispersed to the Cause of your choice or all Causes equally.
Participation is optional and does not affect your registration.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, if you ever decide that Amplife® isn't right for your business, simply cancel your account.
In what countries is Amplife® available?
You can sell with Amplife® in nearly every country in the world.
Is Amplife® PCI Compliant or PCI Certified?
Amplife® works with partners that are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and order information is secure.

Pricing
How much does Amplife® cost?
You can get started and create listings with Amplife® for free, no credit card required. Before your listing goes live, choose a plan that suits your business.
Are there transaction fees or credit card fees?
For every Standard Listing sold, you’ll pay a percentage of the total price.
For Showcase Listings, pay a monthly subscription to have your listings lead off amplife.co to your chosen sales channel.
There are no insertion fees, per listing sold fees, credit card fees, payout fees or minimum fee amounts.
How long are your contracts?
The Standard Selling Plan is based on a fee when the listing is sold on Amplife®.
Showcase Selling Plans and Brand Experience Plans are month to month unless you sign up for a yearly plan.
Can I change my selling plan later on?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your selling plan at any time.
Can I be on both selling plans?
Yes, all vendors can be on both Standard and Showcase Selling Plans to sell some listings on amplife.co (Standard Listings) and some on a different sales channel or different process, such as a free consultation (Showcase Listings).
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 25% discount for yearly subscriptions on Showcase Selling Plans and Brand Experience Plans.
Setup
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees on any of our plans.
How do I get my listing information on Amplife®?
Amplife® offers different ways to create, manage, and sync your listings with your business.
Individual and bulk upload
All vendors can create individual listings or bulk upload by copying listings from their website within the Vendor Portal.
Syncing with Shopify Collective
All vendors who use Shopify and meet the eligibility requirements can add listings with Shopify Collective, to access real-time continuous syncing, inventory tracking, receive orders, fulfill orders & send tracking numbers, edit prices & stock, and publish/unpublish listings from Amplife® within the Shopify admin.
Customer orders route seamlessly from Amplife® to the Orders page in your Shopify admin, ready to fulfill. When you ship, you get paid automatically by Shopify.
