How do I receive a Team Amplife® Ambassador Page?
Every Ambassador must submit their application before being accepted. In order to register, you must be the Official Representative of the Ambassador on the application.
Team Amplife® is only eligible to the disabled community. If you are not a part of, relevant to, or supporting the disabled community, then you are not eligible. Full eligibility criteria is in the Team Amplife® Participation Agreement.
Once you are approved, we ask you to fill out the information for your Ambassador Page, such as your Amplife® Story.
What is an Official Representative?
An Official Representative of a Team Amplife® Ambassador has authority to access program information on behalf of the Ambassador they represent.
How long does it take to make my Ambassador Page?
After submitting your application and being accepted we ask you to fill out the information for your Ambassador Page.
Once completed, your Page will be created in ~ 3 weeks.
How much does an Ambassador Page cost?
There is no cost! Your Ambassador Page is a benefit of being a part of Team Amplife®.
How do I change my Ambassador Page?
Please contact us to change as information on your Ambassador Page.
