All international shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). The vendor is only responsible for shipping the product, and you are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product for a refund.

All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. This fee will be taken out of the refund price after the item has been returned and inspected for the condition of the return.

Items must be in "New, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. This includes damage as a result of poor/faulty return packaging.

Any order that has been approved for a return that requires to be shipped back will be the responsibility of the customer. All return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and we will include instructions on where to send the product.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. You must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item back. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.

Warranty:
We understand that the worst type of fitness equipment to own is a broken one! If your trainer breaks due to normal use, please follow our warranty instructions and we’ll post out a replacement trainer within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item (Please allow time for delivery in both directions).

Your trainer is fully warranted to the original purchaser from defects in materials or craftsmanship for 12 months.

However, any defects created by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorised modification or normal wear & tear is not covered by this warranty. Also any incidental or consequential damage or loss is not covered. There are no warranties of merchantability or of fitness expressed or implied, which extend beyond the description of the face hereof.

In no event shall Invictus Active be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price. Invictus Active neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with this product. To prevent possible loss, please send your trainer via a registered and insured delivery service.

You must pay the cost to return the trainer to us, we will refund the cost of the return once the warranty return is deemed to be legitimate, we will pay the cost to send you the repaired or replaced unit.
