We have a 30-day return and exchange policy of unworn and unwashed items with the tags, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your KickIt purchase, you may return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please fill out the form below to start a return or exchange.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags on.
KickIt reserves the right to adjust your return resolution if your item(s) arrive in a condition which does not meet our returns policy. Items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to sender.
Please note the shipping cost paid to receive the initial order will not be refunded.
If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
