What is Amplife® Love?
Amplife® Love is a simple way for you to choose and support your favorite Cause every time you shop, at no extra cost. Amplife® Love is available at amplife.co.
When you shop with Amplife® Love, it's the same convenient shopping experience, with the added benefit that Amplife® will donate 1.43% of your eligible purchase price to your chosen Cause + Vendors may match our donation for a possible total of 2.86%.
Is there any cost to Causes or to customers?
No. There is no cost to Causes or you. The shopping experience is identical with the added benefit that Amplife® will donate 1.43% + Vendors may match us for a total of 2.86% of your eligible purchase amount to your chosen Cause.
Do I have to use an account on Amplife® Love?
No. An account is not required to shop on Amplife® Love as we never share your information to Causes you support. If you choose to use an account, you use the same account on Amplife® Love & Amplife®. Your shopping cart and other account settings are also the same.
How do I choose a Cause to support with Amplife® Love?
On your visit to amplife.co, you will be prompted to choose a Cause to receive donations from your future eligible Amplife® Love purchases. We will remember your selected Cause after each purchase or for 1 year before a purchase with cookies.
Can I change my Cause?
Yes, you can change your Cause at any time by choosing a different Cause. Your Amplife® Love purchases made after changing your Cause will count towards your newly selected Cause.
What Causes can I choose from?
You can choose from any eligible Cause.
If you would like to be a Cause, submit your application. If your Cause has been registered by an unauthorized person, please contact us.
Donations
How do I shop with Amplife® Love?
When visiting amplife.co, you will be prompted to choose a Cause. To support a Cause, you must choose that Cause or enter our site through that Cause's Love Link.
For eligible purchases through Amplife® Love, Amplife® will donate 1.43% + Vendors may match us for a total of 2.86% of your eligible purchase amount to your chosen Cause. Purchases that are not made using these methods are not eligible for any donation benefits.
What are the eligibility requirements for Causes to participate?
Causes that are not a part of, relevant to, or do not serve the disabled community are not eligible to participate.
If a Cause is a nonprofit, it must be registered and in good standing with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) to be eligible to participate. Nonprofits must be public charitable organizations (not private foundations) and may not be supporting organizations, unless identified specifically as a Type I, Type II, or functionally integrated Type III supporting organization.
Eligible nonprofits must also be located in one of the 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Causes that engage in, support, encourage, or promote intolerance, hate, terrorism, violence, money laundering, or other illegal activities are not eligible to participate. Amplife® relies on the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and our own due diligence to determine which registered nonprofits fall into these groups.
Causes must also adhere to the Amplife® Love Participation Agreement to maintain eligibility. Causes may choose not to participate in Amplife® Love at any time. Although we aim to include only Causes that are in good standing and do not engage in any of the activities described above, we cannot guarantee the good standing and/or conduct of any Cause. Does Amplife® charge any fees or take any deduction from the donation amount to fund operations?
No. There is no charge to participate for customers or Causes and we do not deduct any fees from the donation amount. Amplife® funds the operation of Amplife® Love.
Can nonprofits outside the U.S. participate?
Causes that are eligible nonprofits must be qualified under section 501(c)(3) and located in one of the 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Nonprofits outside the U.S. may submit their application as a support group but will not receive any tax benefits.
What are Cause Highlights?
From time to time, we may feature one or more Causes from the total list of eligible Causes. We do this to make it easier for you to choose a Cause to support from, but we do not endorse any particular Cause or what they support.
Can I make direct donations to Causes through Amplife® Love?
Yes. You can make direct donations to Causes that are nonprofits from the their Cause Page.
When you choose a Cause and shopping through Amplife® Love, you do not make direct donations and your information will not be shared with your chosen Cause.
