All Ethnocare products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Board) from Ethnocare, meaning that once a shipment leaves the Ethnocare facility, it is the customer’s responsibility.
All international shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). The vendor is only responsible for shipping the product, and you are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery.
Due to fluctuating international tariffs, a flexible Tariff Surcharge may be added to your order. This surcharge reflects current market conditions and will be adjusted as needed. Please contact us with any questions.
Returns:
No Returns on Opened or Used Products.
Owing to the singular-patient use and medical application of Ethnocare devices, we cannot accept any returns once the product packaging has been opened or the product has been utilized. This policy is resolute and in place to safeguard the integrity, safety, and hygiene of our products.
Defective or Damaged Items:
Should you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, it is imperative that you contact our customer service team without delay. We are committed to resolving any issues expediently and may replace the item free of charge.

Warranty:
The warranty is six months, and it covers the entire product. If a part of the product is damaged, the entire product will be replaced with a new one.
