Returns:

New, unaltered and unused products are able to be returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. This includes damage as a result of poor/faulty return packaging For hygienic reasons, any products that have been used even lightly are ineligible for return Products that are delivered in dysfunctional condition due to shipping damage or some other obvious defect or damage must be photo documented and sent to Distributor within two weeks of receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to open and inspect their product for obvious defects and properly report them before use of the product. If the customer uses the product despite obvious damages or defects to the product, products are ineligible for return or warranty replacement.

Warranty:

A warranty guaranteeing all IntimateRider products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship exists for a period of 90 days from date of shipment. Upholstery materials are warranted to be free from material defects and work at time of delivery, but because they can be damaged by normal use, they are warranted for 60 days. Only IntimateRider Division approved components validate this warranty. This warranty does not include labor charges incurred in replacement parts installation. Freight charges to the factory are at the expense of consumer to seller. No credit will be given for any repairs to damaged or defective items without prior approval of Manufacturer or Distributor.

Manufacturer reserves the right to require that any such items be returned to the factory for inspection. This warranty is the only warranty on IntimateRider products and all other warranties, including implied warranties of marketability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accident or alterations are excluded and will not be paid. Distributor or Manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.

The warranty does not cover the following: light shipping damages, customer dissatisfaction with the functionality, use or appearance of the product, damage from installation of the product, lost or stolen packages, or products misplaced or lost by the customer. In the event of a product or part recall, Manufacturer will send necessary replacements directly to dealers referencing PO numbers and it is then the responsibility of the dealer to distribute parts and/or products to the customers.

All international shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). The vendor is only responsible for shipping the product, and you are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery.

Warranty:

Listings sold through amplife.co that do not bear the Amplife® brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their vendors in accordance with terms and conditions listed with the listing. What is the warranty for the product?

Intimate Division warrants its IntimateRider and RiderMate to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of shipment. Any product proven to IntimateRider Division satisfaction to be defective and within warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at IntimateRider Divisions option. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY INTIMATERIDER DIVISION AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MARKETABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. DAMAGE RESULTING FROM MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT OR ALTERATIONS ARE EXCLUDED AND WILL NOT BE PAID. INTIMATERIDER DIVISION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

Liberator products are warranted for 1 year.

Is the IntimateRider easy to store?

Yes, it folds for discreet storage in a closet or possibly under bed. IntimateRider and RiderMate are also lightweight for ease of movement.

What is your return policy?

We are confident that you will be pleased with the IntimateRider products. If you are not, you may return the IntimateRider andRiderMate frames within 30 days from the date you receive it. Because of the nature of the product there are strict guidelines for returning a product. We will not accept returns of cushions, slip covers or carrying bags.

Along with the shipping charges, both ways, there is a 15% restocking fee on the IntimateRider™ and RiderMate™. We will credit your card, (less restocking fee and original shipping charge) after receiving the product back.

Remove all covers off the products you are returning, this includes all slip covers and the black fabric on the IntimateRider and RiderMate. Package the IntimateRider and RiderMate in the original packaging, as you received it.

**Make sure and keep the original box and packaging materials for 30 days!

What is on the shipping boxes?

To ensure your privacy, all products are delivered in plain boxes, which list HealthPostures as the return address.
